Speak Easy Clinics was founded to close a gap we kept seeing: families and adults who needed skilled speech-language therapy but struggled to find a practice that combined clinical rigor with genuine warmth and flexible scheduling.
What began as a single therapy room in Bridgewater has grown into two full clinics — Bridgewater and East Brunswick — serving toddlers through adults with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs. What hasn't changed is our commitment to treating every client as a whole person, not a diagnosis.

Mahvish cofounded Speak Easy Clinics to bring together behavioral and communication expertise under one roof. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she helps guide the practice's strategic vision and operations across both locations.
Hiba began her career in 2016 as a RBT and has since provided speech and language services across Michigan, California, New York, and New Jersey supporting clients from early childhood through adulthood. Her experience includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and mentoring incoming clinicians. Her specialty includes leading social groups and working on individualized social communication skills.
Victoria has experience providing speech and language services to both pediatric and adult populations across a variety of settings. Her areas of experience include speech, language, cognition, social communication, fluency, gestalt language processing (GLP), AAC, and feeding therapy. Victoria believes in the importance of deep listening and family-centered care, working closely with clients and their families to develop individualized, meaningful goals. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to communicate.
Dariana earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University. Throughout her clinical career, she has gained experience supporting articulation, language development, social communication, AAC, and feeding skills through individualized, play-based therapy. She is passionate about collaborating with each child's caregivers and interdisciplinary team, and believes that ongoing education and collaboration are essential to creating meaningful outcomes.
Lauren earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in May 2026. Her graduate clinical experiences included working with individuals across the lifespan in public schools, private practice, and hospital-based inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical interests include AAC, expressive and receptive language disorders, speech sound disorders, and feeding. She is passionate about providing compassionate and engaging therapy!
